These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of https://aircondserviceshahalam.my and the residential aircond services provided by ML Solution ("we", "us", or "our") in Shah Alam, Selangor, and the wider Klang Valley.
Services We Provide
We offer residential air conditioning services including:
- Routine aircond servicing and maintenance
- Aircond chemical wash and deep cleaning
- Aircond repair and troubleshooting diagnostics
Service availability depends on location, scheduling capacity, and the condition of the unit being serviced.
Bookings and Quotations
Quotations provided via WhatsApp, phone, or this website are based on the information you supply (aircond HP, brand, symptoms, photos). The on-site technician may revise the quote if the unit's actual condition differs significantly from what was described. You will be informed of any change before work proceeds.
Bookings are confirmed once a date and time window has been agreed. We treat punctuality as part of the service and will let you know in advance if there's any delay.
Pricing and Payment
Pricing is per unit, with rates depending on unit horsepower (HP), accessibility, and condition. Parts required for repair work are quoted separately and upfront, never added without your knowledge.
We accept cash, bank transfer (FPX / DuitNow), and Touch 'n Go eWallet. Payment is due on completion of the service unless agreed otherwise.
Workmanship and Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. If the same fault recurs within 30 days of a repair under normal use, we'll return at no extra labour charge to re-diagnose. Replacement parts carry their manufacturer warranty (typically 6–12 months) which is passed through to you.
Warranty does not cover damage caused by power surges, misuse, or attempts at DIY repair after our visit.
Customer Responsibilities
To help us deliver service safely and on time, please:
- Provide accurate access information (gate code, parking instructions)
- Ensure the area around the indoor unit is reasonably clear
- Keep pets and children clear of the working area during chemical wash or repair
- Inform us if the property is rented or shared so we can coordinate with the right party
Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least a few hours before the booked window via WhatsApp or phone. Last-minute cancellations after the technician has been dispatched may incur a call-out fee.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any service is limited to the value paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages such as loss of comfort, food spoilage, or rescheduled appointments outside the agreed scope.

Content on this website (text, images, branding) is owned by ML Solution. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial reference. Reproduction or commercial use without our written permission is not allowed.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute relating to our services or this website is subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
